By chance, we found out about a tender by a Minnesota company to create TV ads — and unexpectedly won. This business helps people sell their homes and prepare properties for the market.
Though we knew little about each other at first, our teams clicked right away. The client wanted four stories showing home transformations and the relief homeowners felt thanks to their service. We created characters facing unique challenges: a cat-loving lady with a cluttered house, an elderly couple, a homeowner with an overgrown garden, and a family dealing with a damaged ceiling.
Our illustrators crafted interiors matching each story and personality, capturing the magic of home makeovers. We added authentic local details like Minnesota’s "popcorn ceilings" and garage doors dented by hockey pucks. The result: four spots that resonated so well, the client expanded them to more TV channels and online platforms.
